I began my life with humble beginnings, a first-generation immigrant fleeing Vietnam by boat with my parents at age two. Our family upbringing was rooted in disciplined work ethics and a deep emphasis on education. After six months on government aid, my father vowed to get off the program, setting a precedent of self-reliance. As I navigate life—embracing marriage, children, a dental career, and diverse business ventures—I strive for excellence. Yet, I often reflect on how I arrived here. Those thoughts always return to a stranger who crossed our path in my childhood. Her simple act of kindness—her gift of time and a willingness to share knowledge—profoundly deflected my life onto a path of a promising future. By the time I had the courage to seek her out to express my gratitude, I had missed the opportunity. I wanted her to know that her small gesture made a profound impact and her legacy now lives on through me and my children.

Now, secure in my career, I felt a calling for deeper fulfillment. My mission is to leave a legacy not of material wealth, which is transient, but of impact. As founder of WYNN Junior Seminar, I am dedicated to providing resources, mentorship, and a guiding hand to young adults in their quest for education, career, and life. WYNN Junior Seminar meets quarterly to foster personal growth, career readiness, and leadership.
